PROYECTOS SOCIALES

Somos una de las pocas instituciones paraguayas empeñadas en desarrollar programas comunitarios que utilizan exclusivamente la herramienta del teatro como instrumento de cambio y reflexión en las distintas comunidades.

1-“CONSTRUYENDO CIUDADANÍA A TRAVÉS DEL TEATRO”

Implementado desde el año 2007, su objetivo es promover la participación juvenil en la detección de problemas comunitarios y sus posibles soluciones, utilizando el teatro como estrategia, en centros educativos nacionales.

El proyecto, de 2 años de duración, se desarrolla en 2 etapas:

En la primera, se realiza un proceso de 7 meses de acompañamiento a un grupo de alumnos mediante la realización de talleres coordinados por monitores de reconocida trayectoria en el ámbito teatral y social.

En la segunda, un grupo de alumnos es seleccionado para acceder a una formación especializada que les permita replicar la misma experiencia del primer año en sus propias instituciones, y de esta forma, asegurar la sostenibilidad del proyecto.

Con el proyecto, los estudiantes involucrados adquieren:

Habilidades sociales para ejercer ciudadanía, reflexionando, mostrando y opinando sobre problemas sociales directamente vinculados a sus realidades.
Habilidades personales, como conocimiento escenicos, vocalización, expresión corporal, actuación, declamación, que favorecen un mejor desempeño en actividades escolares y en otros aspectos de su vida. Los jóvenes pierden la timidez y ganan autoestima, y a largo plazo, estan en mejores condiciones para enfrentar entrevistas de trabajo, expresar sus propias ideas, entre otros. Algunos, además, descubren una vocación actoral.

2- “ESTUDIANTES AL TEATRO”

Creado en 1984, el proyecto permite que anualmente alrededor de 25000 jóvenes estudiantes de colegios públicos y privados de la capital y del interior del país, participen de la representación de obras teatrales que por su contenido y valores contribuyan a la formación cultural y espiritual de los mismos.
Los jóvenes reciben folletos conteniendo datos y comentarios de las obras e intervienen de forma activa en las charlas y debates que se abren al finalizar cada representación.
Los trabajos de análisis que posteriormente realizan con sus profesores, los convierte en público activo, que reflexiona, analiza y critica el espectáculo, su contenido, argumento, actuación y aspectos plásticos de la puesta en escena.
El estudiante pasa así a aprender, razonar, justificar sus opiniones y expresar sus ideas, de forma amena y divertida.

3- “TEATRO EN LAS AULAS”

Implementado en el 2004 “Teatro en las aulas” acerca a niños y niñas de las escuelas públicas y privadas del pais, los más importantes títulos del teatro universal, contados de manera amena y divertida. Las representaciones se realizan en el local de la escuela, parroquia, plaza o salón próximo a la institución educativa.
Se seleccionan obras que pongan al niño en contacto con temas históricos, ecológicos y sociales. Los chicos participen activamente de la obra, convirtiéndose ella en medio educativo útil para la labor docente.

SOCIAL PROJECTS

We are one of the few Paraguayan institutions devoted to develop community programmes which exclusively use the theatre as a tool for change and reflection throughout the country.

1- “BUILDING CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THEATRE”

Implemented since the beginning of 2007, its main objetive is to promote the youth participation detecting community problems and their posible solutions, using the theatre as a strategy, in national community centres.

The 2 year proyect is being Developer into 2 stages:

In the first stage, a seven month process is carried out, accompanying a group of studens through the organization of workshops coordinated by well known trainners in the theatrical and social fied.

In the second stage, a group of studens is selected to access a specialized formation which Hill enable them to apply the same experience of the first year in their own institutions, and thus, to ensure the sustainability of the proyect.

Through the proyect, the envolved students acquire:

Social habilitéis to exercise citizenship, thinking, showing and giving opinions on social problems directly envolved to their realities.
Personal habilitéis such as stage knowledge, vocalization, body language, acting, reciting, which favour a better perfomance in scholar activities and other aspects of life. The youngsters lose their shyness and earn self-esteem , and in the long term they are in better condition to FACE job interviews , Express their own ideas, among other habilitéis .Some of them might even discober their own actino vocation.

2- “STUDENTS TO THE THEATRE”

Created in 1984 , the Project allows abouts 25000 young students, from public and private schools of the country to annually attend the plays staged staged at Arlequín whose contens and values contribute to their spiritual and cultural formation.
The youngsters are given brochures containing informations and comments of the plays to plays and intervene actively in the lectures and debates which take each representation
They are given homeword homeword a their schools to analyse every play and discuss then with their teacher which turns them into active spectators who think, analyse and critize the show, its contents, plot, actino and plastic aspects of the play.
As a result, the studens steps forward to reasoning , learning , and justifying their opinions, expressing their ideas, in an agreeable, and pleasant way.

3- “THEATRE IN THE CLASSROOMS”

Implemented in 2004 , “Theatre in the classrooms” Brings children Of the public and private schools closer together, having the Change to see live shows on the most important titles of the Universal theatre , told and acted in a pleasant way. the Representations are carried out in the schools, parish, or Any salon close to the educative institution.
The plays are selected in a way to place the child in contact with Historical, ecological and social themes. The children actively Participate during the play becoming a useful and educative Teaching tool.
